What's the difference between locations and cities I can add? ↓
Locations are the cities you're tracking at once — your tier determines how many you can have active simultaneously. Cities you can add is your total lifetime limit for adding new cities to your account. You can swap which locations are active anytime.
What activities are available? ↓
Aura currently scores Running, Cycling, Golf, Beach, and Photography — with more being added regularly. Each activity has custom-tuned scoring weights for temperature, wind, precipitation, UV, air quality, and humidity.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime? ↓
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately through Stripe checkout. To downgrade, use the Cancel Plan option in your account menu — your tier reverts to Free at the end of your billing period.
How accurate are the forecasts? ↓
Scores for the next 48 hours are highly reliable. Days 3–4 reflect trends. Days 5–7 (Pro+ only) give a rough outlook. Aura updates continuously so scores improve as conditions get closer.
What are AI narratives? ↓
Each day's forecast includes a short, AI-generated narrative that explains conditions in plain English — not just numbers. It tells you why today is great for a run, or why you might want to wait until Thursday for golf.
What are Audio Insights? ↓
Audio Insights are the spoken version of AI narratives — available on Pro+ and Unlimited. When you open a day's details, a natural-sounding AI voice automatically briefs you on conditions for your activity. It's like having a personal activity advisor. You can also read the transcript with a single tap.
